Description:
This screen stretcher is more versatile than any other stretch counterparts . It features easy operation,reliability

Stretching Process:
1. Evenly clamp one end (length direction) of the net cloth, then straighten and tighten both sides, and then fold the rest parts.
In order to ensure the quality of the tension network, the layout is required to be as smooth as possible.
2. After the mesh cloth is clamped, turn the hand wheel on the grid rack clockwise. At this time, the hand wheel (screw rod)
drives the turbine, gear and rack drive and moves outward. When stretching the net, the four sides can be pulled at the same time,
ut also can be pulled gradually, the length direction because of the different ratio of elongation, relatively longer than the two sides.
3. When the tension reaches the required requirements, then shake the manual valve of the cylinder operating board to the left,
making the entire supporting plate parallel rise, making the net frame close to the net cloth, which can be coated with the net glue.
fter staining the mesh cloth and so on glue dry can take down the screen. The manual valve is then swung in the opposite direction,
and the entire plate is lowered into position.
