Screen Printing Drying Cabinet
Oven specially designed for drying screen printing frames.
Very useful for drying screen printing screens after applying the emulsion or washing them.
Drying process by hot air conversion.
Very sturdy grey stainless steel shell. With 4 black plastic handles for opening and closing the drawers.
It has a fan inside that guarantees a balanced temperature throughout the oven, thus improving the drying efficiency.
Fully removable horizontal drawers that slide out on side guides.
Once the programmed drying time has elapsed, you must turn it off manually.
HOW DOES THIS DRYING CABINET WORK?
Prepare your screen and insert it in one of the drawers. Press the power switch down.
Timer and temperature controllers will turn on at the same time. Set the temperature and time as your display requires, but be aware that it will not warn you after the time runs out.
You must turn it off manually. Under normal conditions, drying the screens at 65ºC for 2 minutes will be enough. Open the drawer carefully and remove the screen with a protective glove.
Instructions:
1.Turn on the switch; then the machine will indicate "F000" and the air fan works automatically.
2.Press "+" until to "F070'
3.Place thermometer probe on the third drawer; Check the temp after five minutes.
4.If the temp is not right in your need, you can press "+" or "-" to increase or reduce 10 grades; Awaiting five minutes then
check the temp.
5.After adjusting the available temp, the machine will automatically save and memory your set data.
6.It is normal that the "F" or "O" displays alternately when the machine is working
Reference data:
When the room temperature is 77F (25C) or so, close and seal all drawers, ten minutes later after you have set, the temp indicates:
1.Set "F050", the temp is about 93F (34C)
2.Set "F060", the temp is about 104F (40C)
3.Set "F070", the temp is about 115F (46C)
4.Set "F080", the temp is about 126F (52C)
5.Set "F090", the temp is about 140F (60C)
6.Set "F100", the temp is about 167F (75C)
Tips:
1.According to the heat resistant temperature of silk screen,the highest temperature of this machine is 172ºF (78ºC) or so.
2.Under normal conditions, set a temperature of 149F (65C) is appropriate.
3.The real temperature may have 30-35ºF (2-3 ºC) difference in temperature because of opening and closing the drawer, room temperature during the course of actual operation, which is normal and doesn't influence using.
4.This machine will indicate the last set parameters when it is used again because of the automatic data memory functions of the equipped intelligent temp instrument.
5. Reference date: When the temperature is 149ºF (65ºC), drying the screen coated with our photosensitive emulsion for only one layer takes about 2mins. Drying screen without photosensitive emulsion takes about 1min. Please take it in reference while using.
