Product Description
HANZE LTD--Pallet Paper/tape holds T-Shirts & other textiles securely on the pallet with pallet mask cloth and in place for printing while lasting through long production runs. Keeps textiles in register avoids wrinkles and misprints. Simply cut to size . Put in place on the pallet and remove protective sheet to adhere.
Pallet Protective tape constructed with white translucent latex saturated paper and water based natural latex.The main application is the protection for textile printing pallets from ink spills, leaks and spray adhesives.
How to use:
1.Make sure the platens are clean before applying the platen masking tape.
2.Apply the tape from the back with the sticky side down. Cut at the top of the platen.
3.Use the tape role or squeegee to slowly stick the tape to the platen ensuring there are no air bubbles. If you get an air bubble you can pull off and do again.
4.Use a sharp knife to poke a hole in any remaining air bubbles and press down to smooth out.
5.Mark on the tape before apply your adhesive spray.
6.Just remove the tape and it keeps your platen always clean.
